Hi. I’m Adam. I’m a parent, a mentor, a community builder, a researcher. Above all, I’m a human who loves to become absorbed in this world we live on and share. I’m dedicated to helping everyone find connection with our home planet.
Right now I am actively seeking my next career / job / role. If you’re looking for a truly cross-disciplinary human with an education spanning psychology; some pretty extreme geospatial science; and general frameworks of how a place (Antarctica) works, reach out! On top of all that I bring experience as a field operations manager, director / founder of NGOs, running my own small freelance operation, even fixing bicycles as a career.
I’m based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. I’m happy to work with (and very experienced with) fully remote teams.
This website hosts my most up to date CV, a couple of tailored CVs for different fields, a list of qualifications and certificates, a list of publications and related work, a prospectus to give you some ideas about the way I like to work and things I want to do – and a mountain log, which is a handy reference for one tile in my career mosaic.
Head over to https://spatialised.net to read about my experiences as a geospatial consultant and general geospatial stuff – data wrangling, cartography, philosophy.
Short essays about broader issues are posted at https://toolsfortherevolution.com.
